Most businesses running ads make at least one. Erto takes over the whole ad account and fixes it: the ads, the targeting, the tracking, the weekly calls on where your money goes. Your account. Your card. One flat fee.
The three mistakes
Generic pictures that could belong to any business. No hook in the first second. The offer buried at the bottom. People scroll right past, and you pay for that scroll.
Most of your leads pick up the phone and call you. Phone calls never show up in Facebook. You are guessing, and Facebook is guessing with you.
Somebody set it up once and walked away. Or an agency emails you a report every month and changes nothing inside the account. Reports don't move money.
Watch this first
No team, no call center. One guy, and he'll be the one in your ad account.
Who you're dealing with
I started buying Meta ads for my own companies. Your own money teaches you fast.
When it's your bank account, you find out in four days whether an ad works. You stop falling in love with the clever one. You keep the ugly one that books jobs. I ran that loop for years on my own businesses, then for other people's, and got the same thing out of it both times.
Those years taught me two things that matter to you. How to build an ad a real customer stops for. And how to talk to that customer so they pick up the phone instead of scrolling on.
What I do
The entire ad account, start to finish. Five videos and an invoice is not a service.
If you have photos or video of your work, I use them. If you don't, I make the creative for you. Either way, every ad leads with your real offer.
The right questions on the form, so tire-kickers get filtered out before they ever reach your phone.
Call tracking goes in on day one. You see exactly which jobs came from ads. No more guessing.
Killing what loses. Putting more behind what wins. Every week, not every quarter.
I can run your Facebook and Instagram pages alongside your ads. Posting, managing, and keeping them active, so anyone who clicks through from an ad finds a real business that's open for work.
No websites. No SEO. No email marketing. Just ads and social media.
Be honest
How it works
Four questions, two minutes. It tells me what you're spending and who's been touching the account.
I pull up the ads you are running right now and tell you what I would change. If I can't help you, I'll say so on the call.
You add me to your ad account. Tracking goes in, ads go up. You get a video walkthrough, not another meeting.
Who I work with
Ads bring in the calls. Somebody still has to pick up the phone.
The owners who win with me are ambitious and willing to take a risk on something new. They call leads back fast, they put at least $20 to $30 a day behind their ads, and they have room on the calendar for more jobs. If that sounds like you, we'll get along. If it doesn't yet, I'll tell you on the call and save you the money.
Pricing
Month one is setup and testing. I'd rather you judge me on month two.
Flat monthly fee, starting at $2,000. The exact number depends on your account, and you get it on the call, not after three follow-ups.
There's no set ad budget. Be ready to spend at least $20 to $30 a day, paid by you, on your card. I never touch it or mark it up. Call tracking runs about $45 to $100 a month, billed to you directly.
Want your social pages run too? Social media management is an optional add-on, priced on the call.
Straight talk
Month one is testing. Real results show up in month two and three.
Nobody can guarantee results on Facebook. Anyone who does is selling you something. What you get instead: one number we agree on up front, a report against it every month, and month-to-month terms. Leave whenever you want.
Questions
Month one is setup and testing. You shouldn't pay full price to watch me find your numbers. That is what month one is worth, and the price stays there whether you sign this week or next month.
No. Anyone who guarantees you leads on Facebook is lying. Instead we pick one number before we start, and I report against it every month. You are on month to month terms. If you're unhappy, you leave and you keep everything.
You do. Your account, your card, your pixel. I get added as a partner, never the other way around. I never hold your ad money or mark it up. If we stop working together there's nothing to hand back. It was always yours.
Maybe not. If they're hitting a number you agreed on and you can prove where your leads come from, stay put. Apply if you can't answer two things: what a booked job cost you last month, and what actually changed in your account in the last 30 days.
One guy. Your account doesn't get handed to a junior, because there isn't one. The person on the strategy call is the same person inside your ad account every week.
Yes. I manage Facebook and Instagram pages as an add-on to the ads: posting, keeping the pages active, and making sure people who click an ad land on a business that looks open. It's priced separately, and you can add it at the start or later.
A short packet about your business at the start, filled out whenever you have time. Send any photos or video you already have, and if you have none, I'll make the creative. A report each month. The only thing I need from you after that: call your leads fast. That matters more than anything I can do in the ad account.
Apply
Not everyone gets a call. If it's a fit, the calendar opens right after.
You're a fit
Twenty minutes. I'll have your ads open when we talk.
